Our story
We started in short-term rentals in the United States, learning what makes a guest book, stay, return and leave a five-star review.
We built the systems behind them: pricing that follows demand, guest communication around the clock, and cleaning and maintenance that never miss a detail.
We saw Indian homeowners leaving money on the table with fixed monthly rents, and guests looking for stays that felt as good as a boutique hotel. So we brought our playbook to Bangalore and set up homes from scratch.
We manage homes for owners with Superhost-level service and Guest Favourite reviews. Our owners earn more than they did from renting, and never have to think about the day-to-day.
